Welcome to the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Payroll Association.  The Chapter's goal is to build a network of payroll professionals who can call on each other for assistance in our complex profession. The Chapter has been in existence since 1984 and meets the second Wednesday of February, April, June, September and November at the Holiday Inn-Greentree, 401 Holiday Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. The meetings start at noon with lunch followed by a speaker(s) and a short business meeting ends the afternoon. The Chapter invites anyone involved in the payroll, human resource, or tax profession to join us. Chapter members have the opportunity to join APA National at a discounted rate.  APA's Chapter Relations will waive the $35 enrollment fee that is included in new National Memberships for any current local APA Chapter Member.  Please use the link below (in Related Files) for the Discounted Membership Application.   The American Payroll Association is the nation's leader in payroll eduction, training, and publications.  The nonprofit association conducts payroll education conferences and seminars, publishes a complete library of resource texts and newsletters and represents over 22,000 members.  APA is the industry's most highly respected, collective voice in Washington D.C.
